Chiaroscuro is all about lighting and shadow, creating visual depth, atmosphere and mood, symbolism and metaphor, visual hierarchy and focus, contrast, and conflict. We did a chiaroscuro exercise using the images from this link: https://goo.gl/photos/jnGdr8EvyaGqZvJg7 WEEK 10 In Week 10, we learned about pattern creation by using the pattern maker in the Object tab. While there are preset patterns available in Adobe Illustrator, creating our own patterns gives us more options. We can use the brush tool to draw strokes, and the blob brush tool to draw the fill.  WEEK 11 Continuing from Week 10's pattern construction, we learned to use the "Draw Inside" funct

But first, I have to decide on how I wanna make the comic, and so I first went to Clip Studio Paint to make my sketch. Ms Anis told me th

We continued our progress with the MyTIGER competition poster. PROJECT 2: MyTIGER Competition In this task, we have to illustrate a poster and submit our work to Maybank Foundation MyTIGER Values Art Competition 2023. We have to create a poster using Adobe Illustrator that interprets the project aims through Maybank TIGER's core values.  Research I tried to do some research on what each UNSD Goal is all about. It's definitely no

Mr Hafiz gave us an introduction to this module, the assignments, and Exercise 1: Vormator Character. We were then introduced to Adobe Illustrator and the workspace and tools we will be using.  The main tool we used this week was the Pen Tool. To become familiar with this tool, we played a game called The Bezier Game. Mr Hafiz taught us how to trace out the Vormator Shapes using the pen tool. We were tasked to trace out all the Vormator Shapes before the next class. I had some basics in Adobe Photoshop, so I thought I would be able to master it easily. But it turned out the pen tool in Adobe Illustrator is different. In Photoshop you pressed alt and click on the "angle line", while in
