REFLECTION

Experience
Illustration and Visual Narrative has taught me a lot of things regarding Adobe Illustrator. It helps to use them practically in projects so I could get used to them faster. But doing illustrations in Adobe Illustrator is also a really complicated process. What I can possibly finish in 7 hours was done in 2 days in Illustrator, and I'm not sure if it's the lack of skill or the difference in technique.

Observation
I realize that while several tools has similar functions, in some situations some tools are more efficient than others. I have to know and understand what each tool is used for, so I can do things with better efficiency.

Findings
I find Illustrator a really annoying platform at first. Doing illustration just requires so many more steps than when it's done in other drawing platform. But the more I find out, I find a lot of interesting and useful things from the experience, and I'm starting to get used to it.
